For friends and familly I have a little guesthouse which I also rent to fellow vegans visiting the area.
Located in the hinterland of the famous Côte d'Azur (about 20 minutes from the beaches) the guesthouse benefits from a mild mediterranean climate while being surrounded by the most beautiful scenery.
The 4ha property offers all the privacy needed for a recreative vacation. Conveniently located it is a perfect home base for the exploration of this magificent region.
The guesthouse is directly next to my main house (i.e. I live next door) and guests are invited to use the outdoor facilities: There are spacious patios and a large swimming pool to enjoy the sunny
mediterranean climate. For the nature loving there are secluded footpaths through the gardens, the 'restanques' the vinyard and through a little private forest (there is plenty of space on the 4ha property).
Equipment for outdoor games like 'pétanque', ping-pong, croquet or darts is of course available :-)
For those that don't want to leave their PC at home, there is Internet access via WiFi. (The receiver is located in the main house and depending on the sensitivity of your PC you may need to stay close to the house.)
The guesthouse is about 40m2 with an open kitchen/living room, a separate bedroom and a little bathroom (with a shower).
The bedroom sports a king size bed (180x200cm) which can be split into two separate beds if necessary. The sleeper sofa in the living room can then be transformed into another bed (140x195cm). The
"normal" occupancy of the house is 2 adults and at the maximum the house can sleep up to 3 (maybe 4) adults. In fine wheather an above "normal" occupancy may work fine because you'll probably
be outdoors most of the time anyway. Just keep in mind that it will be quite full in case the weather turns sour and you need to stay indoors.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooking stove, an electric baking oven and a fridge. A simple filter based coffee maker, an electric kettle and the usual cookware is available.
Smoking is resticed to the patio and is not allowed within the guesthouse or in the forest/garden (due to fire risks).
This being a vegan establishment, you'll exclusively find cruelty-free products. Being vegan myself I'll gladly share all my expertise to make your stay here in France a pleasurable one.
It is important to me that guests also indulge in a vegan lifestyle (if you don't do this, or don't want to do it while you're here, please look elsewhere).
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. But please let ne know in advance.

Known limitations: There is no dishwasher, no microwave oven, no telephone and no TV.

Für Freunde und Familie habe ich ein kleines Gästehaus, welches ich auch an Veganer vermiete die hier in der Gegend zu Besuch sind.
Das Häuschen liegt im Hinterland der berühmten Côte d'Azur (ca 20 Minuten bis zum Strand), es profitiert vom milden mediterranen Klima und einer bezaubernden Umgebung. Das 4ha grosse Grundstück
bietet für einen erholsamen Urlaub die nötige Privatsphäre. Die zentrale Lage macht es gleichzeitig zu einem guten Ausgangspunkt für die Erforschung dieser herrlichen Region.
Das Gästehaus liegt direkt neben dem Haupthaus (d.h. ich wohne gleich nebenan) und Gäste sind herzlich eingeladen sich auf dem ganzen Grundstück zuhause zu fühlen: Es gibt weitläufige
Sitzplätze und einen grossen Swimming-Pool um das sonnige Klima zu geniessen. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es verschlungene Fusspfade durch den Garten, die 'restanques', den Weinberg und durch einen privaten
kleinen Wald (auf 4ha gibt es jede Menge zu erkunden).
Ausrüstung für Spiele wie 'pétanque' (Boule/Boccia), Ping-Pong, Krocket oder Darts ist vorhanden :-)
Wer seinen PC nicht zu Hause lassen möchte, findet hier einen Internet Anschluss via WiFi (und nötigenfalls Powerline Adapter).
Das Gästehaus hat eine Fläche von ca. 40m2 - mit einer offenen Küche/Wohnraum, einem separaten Schlafzimmer und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche, WC.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (180x200cm), welches in zwei separate Betten aufgeteilt werden kann. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lässt sich ausziehen und als weiteren
Schlafplatz (140x195cm) nutzen. Dies erlaubt die komfortable "normale" Unterbringung von mind. zwei Erwachsenen. Eine höhere Belegung (3 evt. 4 Personen) kann ebenfalls funktionieren, da bei
gutem Wetter vermutlich sowieso viel Zeit draussen verbracht wird. Man sollte sich aber überlegen ob man genug Platz hat um ggf. auch einen Regentag entspannt in der Wohnung zu verleben.
In der Küche gibt es einen Gas-Herd (4-Feld), einen elektrischen Backofen und einen Kühlschrank. Sie verfügt ebenso über eine Kaffee-Maschine (Papier-Filter), einen Wasserkocher,
Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr.
Dies ist ein Nichtraucher-Gästehaus, d.h. es darf nur auf den Aussensitzplätzen geraucht werden. (Waldbrände sind hier im Süden ein reales Risiko. Es sollte darum "in der Natur"
grundsätzlich weder geraucht noch ein Feuer gemacht werden.) Wer Feuer machen möchte, kann dies im Kamin des Gästehauses oder in meinem Aussen-Cheminée machen..
Im Gästehaus finden sich aussschliesslich (Irrtum vorbehalten) Produkte, die frei von Tierleid sind. Ich teile gerne meine Erfahrungen, um Ihren Aufenthalt hier im Süden Frankreichs unvergesslich schön zu machen.
Es ist mir wichtig, dass Gäste ebenfalls einem veganen Lebensstil fröhnen (wer dies nicht tut, bzw. in der Zeit wo er hier ist nicht tun möchte, soll sich bitte andersweitig umsehen).
Haustiere sind willkommen (ohne Aufpreis). Bitte um vorherige Information.
