webDS is a JavaScript/HTML5 port of kode54's 2SF decoder a player for "Nintendo DS" music (based on DeSmuME).
Bring your own .mini2sf/.2sf files by dropping them onto the game console (you'll have to drop the .2sflib first - before dropping the song files that use it). Respective files can be found for example on modland.com.
The audio is directly calculated within JavaScript by running the DeSmuME emulator and then played using the WebAudio ScriptProcessorNode infrastructure.
