https://www.wothke.ch/blaster/
Assembly testing my generic WebAudio player: On this page the player is configured with all my emulator backends. In this configuration the player recognizes about 400 different chiptune formats.
update: I haven’t extended this page and it still uses the same emulators that I had used back in 2015. My more recent https://www.wothke.ch/playmod page builds on the same concepts while extending the number of supported music formats significantly.

Hello there.
When I drag and drop midi files to your https://www.wothke.ch/blaster/ player it doesn’t catch simple it. Like D_DEAD.mid. It doesn’t take it. it doesn’t play it. Maybe doesn’t undersatand among 400 formats (LOL). Or am I doing it wrong. hardly.
Your blaster player plays `10 The Demon’s Dead.dro` well as I drag and drop it onto the player.
Same with `Nautical_Experience.d00` – it catches it and plays well.
But not general midi files. Why?
But your https://www.wothke.ch/webAdPlug/ player catches and plays midi files well as I drag and drop it.
None of the players that I have ported so far properly support midi files. AdPlug’s midi support is “experimental” at best. I guess the problem with midi files is that they usually come without the instrument files required to make them sound good. I saw that there are other online midi players available and you might want to check if those are any good. If you are looking for the authentic sound then it might be easier to use a vgm version of the song, e.g.: https://www.wothke.ch/playmod/index.php?file=/VGMRIPS/Computers/IBM_PC/Doom%20II%20-%20Hell%20on%20Earth//vgm/Computers/IBM_PC/Doom_II_-_Hell_on_Earth_(IBM_PC_AT)/12%20The%20Demon%27s%20Dead.vgz&emulator=VGM
